Your business records could be worth licensing to AI developers.
I introduce established Northern Virginia companies to buyers that license business records for AI. Names, customer details, and other personal information are removed by the buyer before anything is sold. I never handle your data.
- You choose what's shared
- Personal details removed
- You approve every deal
- Nothing to pay
Why now
A few public facts about the market. They are not a forecast for any one business.
- $1 billion

How it works
- A 15-minute call about what you keep.
- I introduce you to a buyer that fits. Your records go straight to them, never through me.
- You approve the buyer and terms before anything is sold.
Who I work with
Established companies with years of records: builders and design-build firms, architects and engineers, manufacturers, distributors and logistics companies, IT and systems integrators, and others across Northern Virginia, including Fairfax, Loudoun, Arlington, McLean, Reston, Herndon, Chantilly, and Great Falls.
I'm Shayan. I grew up in Great Falls, and I've spent my career helping companies get set up with new software. My job is the introduction. I never see, hold, or pass along your data: it goes from you directly to the buyer, under an agreement you sign with them.
Cost to you
Nothing.
You don't pay me anything.
Questions
Will anything be shared without my OK?
No. You approve the buyer, the exact records, how they may be used, and the terms, in writing, before anything moves.
What about customer and employee details?
The buyer removes names, contact details, addresses, account numbers, and other identifying information before anything is sold. Ask each buyer how they do it and what you get to review. You can also leave out anything you want kept private.
Who buys the data?
Companies that license business records for training and testing AI. I'll tell you which ones fit your business on our call.
Is my business a fit?
You need to own the records and have the right to license them. Medical, legal, tax, and financial client records carry extra rules, so I don't work with those.
Do you see my data?
No. I make the introduction. Your records go directly to the buyer, never through me.
